After Roger Craig Smith, the voice of Sonic the Hedgehog, announced he would no longer voice the character last week, and two longtime Sonic writers possibly leaving the franchise, now Cindy Robinson, the voice of Amy Rose, has announced that she will no longer be voicing the character.
When a fan asked her if she still was a part of the cast, she replied:
It’s true. I’m loading out with my brilliant compadres.
Then when the same fan said that they will miss and thanked her for being a part of the community, she said:
And thank you! It has been my honor.
Cindy Robinson had been voicing Amy Rose since 2010.
