The Persona series is a role-playing video game franchise developed and primarily published by Atlus. It is a spin-off from the Megami Tensei franchise, also owned by Atlus.
The first entry in the series, Revelations: Persona, was released in 1996 for the PlayStation. The series has seen several more games since. The most recent main entry is Persona 5 released in 2016.
